The intersection of NW Orchard and NW Central streets is set to close on Thursday, October 15, for approximately two weeks. There will be daily closures on SW Noel Street between SW 2^nd and SW 3^rd streets from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. beginning today, Thursday, October 8, through the end of October for road work by a private utility contractor. All work is weather permitting and schedules are subject to change.

There will be daily closures on a section of SW Robin Road between SW 2^nd Street and SW Donovan Road from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. beginning today, Thursday, October 8, through the end of October for road work by a private utility contractor.

NW Timberview Drive will be closed during the day from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. beginning today, Oct. 5, 2026, for a storm pipe replacement. The daytime closure will be south of NW Shady Bend Lane (Shady Bend will remain open). Outside of that timeframe, crews will place steel plates over the exposed area to open the road back up. The estimated time of construction is two weeks.

Sections of NE Magellan Avenue north and south of NE Chipman Road are set to close on Monday, Oct. 12, for approximately one week. There will be lane closures on NE Chipman Road between NE Balboa Avenue and NE Rice Road as well. Lane closures will continue for the duration of the permit until Nov. 6. Drivers should follow the posted detours.
