These phase two closures are in addition to the existing phase one Southwest Oldham Parkway closure, and the detour ties in with the existing detour. These closures are necessary for work associated with the Oldham Village development. All schedules are weather permitting and subject to change. The hard closure will be between 1707 and 1725 Northeast Rice Road. The detour route includes Northeast Mulberry Avenue, Northeast Independence Avenue, and Northeast Colbern Road.
