Update 7.26.23: This section of roadway is now open. Continued repair work to the area is expected through Friday, July 28, 2023.

SE Melody Lane north of SE 3rd Terrace is closed for repairs. The stormwater crew discovered a sinkhole due to separation of a concrete storm pipe on SE Melody Lane. An update will be provided when available.

Southbound Northeast Independence Avenue is closed at Northeast Orchard Street, and Northeast Orchard Street is closed just west of Northeast Independence Avenue.
