City Crews Plowing and Treating Streets Today, Wednesday, February 12

The City’s crews are plowing and treating streets today, Wednesday, February 12, and will continue working around the clock until all streets are plowed and treated. Crews are nearing completion on primary streets and have started secondary streets. Due to cold temperatures, streets may still be packed with snow even after being plowed and treated.

Residents can help by moving vehicles from streets if possible. Vehicles parked on streets significantly slow progress and impact how much snow can be plowed from streets.

A section of Northeast Johnson Street between NE Maple Street and NE Short Street is set to close to through traffic 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, July 1, for approximately one week. The detour route includes Northeast Short Street, Northeast Green Street, and Northeast Maple Street.
