The Access Management Code, adopted by the City Council in 2004 (Ord. 5832), takes a comprehensive view of property access relative to the function of the streets from which it is provided.  The objective of access management is to optimize, or find that right balance, between property access and traffic safety and efficiency, particularly along arterial and collector streets.

Public Infrastructure Funding - March 12, 2015, Presentation to City Council

Public Works Director Dena Mezger presented an overview of funding sources, types of projects and revenues in a Public Infrastructure Presentation to City Council on March 12, 2015.

Approximately 18 months ago, Public Works staff had prepared high level estimates of long range funding needed for public infrastructures, focusing on tranportation and stormwater systems.

Recent discussion of transportation funding raised questions on how to continue funding some of those needs, such as curb replacement. There is excess revenue in some funding sources that Council may choose to use for some of these items.

School Safety Program - Executive Summary
