The Lee's Summit Fire Department Strategic Plan is a community-driven document based on community and membership input designed to provide long-term direction and focus to the organization. The external and internal stakeholder groups did an outstanding job revisiting the department's foundation (Mission, Values, and Vision) and setting forth a continuous improvement plan for the future that is justifiable and sustainable.
