CDBG Action Plans & Caper

As a designated entitlement community the City receives Community Development Block Grant funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development

Annual grant funding is available through an application process to achieve the community’s long-term goals as they pertain to low- to moderate-income persons and/or reduce slum and blight within the City.

CAPER Reports

The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) is required to be submitted within 90 days after the end of each program year. This report details the progress made in implementing the community’s Consolidated Plan, through the proposed actions identified in the one-year Action Plan. For earlier CAPERs contact Development Services.
