Overgrown Vegetation Regulations
Keeping your yard maintained regularly is important. City ordinance prohibits weed and plant growth in excess of 10". Weeds are defined as all grasses, annual plants, and vegetation other than trees or shrubs. Cultivated flowers and gardens are excluded.

Dead, dying, or diseased trees or portions thereof shall be treated, pruned, or removed so as not to pose a threat to adjoining private or public property.
