Signage Regulations
The appearance, character, and quality of a community are affected by the location, size, construction, and graphic design of its sign. No signs shall be constructed, placed, or maintained in any district within the City of Lee's Summit, except as specficially allowed in the ordinance.
Please review the ordinance or contact Development Services if you have questions about specific types of signage. Different types of signage require different types of permits, and some don't require a permit at all.
