Building permits for commercial, residential, and miscellaneous projects are available online at CityofLS.net or in person at the Development Services Department, located on the first floor of City Hall. Roofing permits must be submitted through the CityView Online Portal.

Permits may be obtained by a licensed contractor or by a homeowner for their primary residence only.
