Annual Development Report

The 2020 Annual Development Report represents a snapshot of development activity for the City. The following graphics depict the growth of the built environment throughout the community. Although the pandemic struck this year, development did not slow down. The City issued more single-family permits than any other year since 2004. Over 600,000 square feet of commercial came online this year as well.
