Design and Construction Manual
The Design and Construction Manual as published by the City of Lee's Summit and amendments thereto was adopted to regulate the construction of Public infrastructure improvements within the City, including the regulation of blasting, excavation, trenching and backfilling and the design and construction of water lines, sanitary sewers, storm sewers and streets.
The City of Lee's Summit Design and Construction Manual includes the General Provisions; the City's adopted additions, deletions and revisions to the Kansas City Metropolitan Chapter of the American Public Works Association specifications; and certain of the KC Metro APWA specifications. This document can require occasional revisions. The user should verify that all documents previously downloaded from this page are current before relying on them.
