Building Codes and Amendments
Construction performed off of permit applications made on or after July 9th, 2007 shall be done under the provisions of the 2006 International Family of Codes, as amended by Chapter 7 of the Lee's Summit Code of Ordinances.
These codes include the following:
- 2006 International Building Code
- 2006 International Residential Code
- 2006 International Plumbing Code
- 2006 International Mechanical Code
- 2006 International Fuel Gas Code
- 2006 International Fire Code
- 2005 National Electrical Code
- ICC/ANSI A117.1-2003, Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities
