The Inventory Maintenance Technician, under the supervision of the Assistant Utility Manager provides maintenance, oversight and control over a wide variety of Utility related inventory, tools, equipment and warehouse and shop spaces. Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory control of parts, tools, equipment and safety items. Ensures equipment and supplies are available for service by providing appropriate levels of preventative maintenance on equipment such as pumps, compressors, generators, saws and other tools and items.

The Metered Services Supervisor, under the general guidance of the Assistant Director of Customer Care, is to plan, supervise, direct, and coordinate the activities of the department’s metering system, backflow compliance, and field customer service programs. Functional areas include but not limited to, meter readings, meter repair and installation, automated meter reading, meter testing, and field customer service dispatch. The supervisor is responsible for escalated field customer service, evaluating performance, analyze various data reports including performance metrics to ensure the staff is operating optimally. As a representative of management, supports the mission, vision, strategic plan, goals and decisions of the department and the City.
