This report includes updated Census demographics, population and housing growth statistics based on city-issued building permits, commercial growth and updated subdivision listings. Multi-Family Housing Assessment Results Available Now!

The City of Lee’s Summit contracted with Vogt Strategic Insights (VSI) to conduct a housing study to evaluate the future market demand for new rental multi-family housing developments within the City of Lee’s Summit, MO.  Market-rate rental units were the primary focus of the study, but demand for age-restricted and affordable housing units were examined as well with reviews of age-restricted and affordable housing units being a secondary focus.
