Planning and Zoning Related Fees
Application Fees
The City Council has established a set of fees for rezoning, platting, planning and development related applications to cover the processing cost and associated legal notice publishing charge. These fees are collected by the Planning & Development Department and are due in full at the time of the application submission. Any application (except those that do not require a fee) submitted with an unpaid fee is deemed an incomplete application and will not be processed until the required fee is paid.
