Secretary - Water Utilities

Hiring range begins upper $20’s annually DOQ plus an excellent benefit package.  


This is an administrative staff support position and will be responsible for a wide variety of duties. The right candidate will be flexible and able to deal effectively with rapidly changing business needs.  Duties  will include processing customer calls, entering service requests,  filing, data entry, ordering parts/supplies, assisting with inventory, payroll entry, and general support to staff.


Minimum requirements include high school diploma or GED and a minimum of three years secretarial or general office experience required, with additional experience in bookkeeping and basic accounting practices desired.  An Associate’s Degree is preferred.   The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional organizational and communication skills, as well as excellent computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office.
