Notice of Availability, Individual Section 4(f) Evaluation: M291 North and US50 Interchange Improvement Project
The City of Lee’s Summit is pleased to announce the availability of the Draft Individual Section 4(f) Evaluation for the M291 North and US50 Interchange Improvement project. The Draft Individual Section 4(f) Evaluation will be available for public review on November 20. The Draft Individual Section 4(f) Evaluation was prepared in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation Act (23 CFR 771) to provide guidance in determining the appropriate actions needed to address the need to provide a safe and efficient corridor for the improvements of the M291 North and US 50 Interchange.
Public Review:
Public involvement is considered an important component of a successful planning process. An electronic version of this document can be found at below. Users of the site are encouraged to submit comments on this document while it is available for public review. Written comments can be emailed to Craig.Kohler@cityofls.net or mailed to 220 SE Green St., Lee’s Summit, MO, 64063.
Please have all comments submitted no later than December 20.
