Legacy Blast
Lee’s Summit Parks and Recreation (LSPR) and the City of Lee’s Summit invite you to a free fireworks celebration on Wednesday, July 3, at Legacy Park! The gates open to the park at 6 p.m., and fireworks begin at 9:30 p.m.
A musically choreographed fireworks display will be simulcast on 94.9 KCMO. Prior to the fireworks, the baseball, soccer, softball, and football fields will have DJs, snacks, food truck vendors, face painting, balloon artists, and inflatables for children 12 and under.
Access to Legacy Park will be closed at 9:00 p.m. to allow all vehicles to park prior to the show or when the parking lots are full. It is advised to arrive early to allow ample time for parking.
