Public Meeting for Southeast Douglas Street Improvements

The City of Lee's Summit is hosting an in-person public meeting for the design of the Southeast Douglas Street from Blue Parkway to Fourth Street Improvements project. The meeting will be an open house-style format and there will not be a formal presentation; the public can come and go as schedules allow. Project plans and exhibits, as well as tentative schedules for right-of-way acquisition and construction, will be available to view. An online public meeting format also will be offered from March 26, through April 9, and can be found online at cityofLS.net/douglas-project. During this timeframe, the public will have the opportunity to review the same project plans and exhibits that will be available at the in-person meeting and submit comments or questions online.
