The City of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, will accept electronic submittals from firms/providers interested in providing the following: On-Call Appraisal Services. Submittals must be received electronically by 5:00 P.M. local time, on October 1, 2026. RFP documents and any addendums are available by accessing the e-procurement system, Public Purchase at:

The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive technical defects, and to select the proposal(s) deemed most advantageous to the City. All addendums must be signed and included with proposal.
