The Lee’s Summit Municipal Court open to the public limited hours effective March 22, 2021

The Lee’s Summit Municipal Division has temporarily relocated to Lee’s Summit City Hall, First Floor, 220 SE Green St., Lee’s Summit, Missouri, 64063.   The Court Office is open to the public between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. to conduct court business, including accepting payments, court filings, inquiries and record requests.   If you are unable to conduct your court business, during the designated hours, on-line or by telephone, please contact the court to schedule an appointment during the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.  The Court may be reached at 816.969.1150 or 816.969.1160.

Lee’s Summit Municipal Division to begin holding in-person bench trials March 1, 2021

Effective March 1, 2021, the Court will begin hearing special setting essential bench trials in-person at the court's temporary location of Council Chambers, City Hall, 220 SE Green St., Lee's Summit.   The Court's scheduled is available at courts.mo.gov/Case.net

Schedule Change to Lee’s Summit Animal Control Docket

Effective Thursday, April 8, 2021 the Lee's Summit Animal Control Docket will be held on the first Thursday of each month at 10:30 a.m. and each month thereafter until further notice of the court.   If you have any questions with regard to the change in the court schedule the Court may be reached at 816.969.1150 or 816.969.1160.

    Plead and Pay via Case.Net

    Plead and Pay is a feature of Case.net that allows a Defendant to plead guilty and pay his or her fine and costs in full online.  The violation must appear on the Fine Schedule of Municipal Offenses.   To use Plead and Pay you may search for your case at: www.courts.mo.gov  You will need your citation number, located in the upper right-hand corner of the citation.   You must pay the entire amount due, plus an online processing fee.  By using Plead and Pay, you are acknowledging the payment in full is considered a guilty plea and waiver of a court hearing to the charge on the citation.
