Lee's Summit Municipal Division - Electronic Filing Implementation
The Lee's Summit Municipal Division implemented the Missouri Electronic Filing system to enhance access and efficiency to our court records. Our case information and court calendars are currently available via Case.Net. All attorneys and the prosecutor must submit case filings electronically and all documents will be viewable electronically through Case.net by registered Missouri attorneys. Access to public case documents by the general public or Missouri attorneys who are not registered users will be available at the court during normal business hours. The Court will begin scanning pending files and attaching previously filed documents to case files so the electronic document files will be available for future dockets. If you have any questions, contact Kelly Elliott, Court Administrator, at 816.969.1160.
