New Meal Prep Class at Gamber Community Center At the Gamber Community Center, you can find a new class titled "Meal Prep for Real Life - Freezer Style." Enjoy making delicious meals while saving time! From a list of meals, each registered participant will choose what they would like to prepare during the lesson. After registration is over, each person will get an ordering sheet and a list of the meals they chose, along with the prices of each. Participants will have a week to look over the meal choices and place their order. You may order more than one type of food, and no minimum order is required. The ride starts at the Longview Community Center (3801 SW Longview Park Dr., Lee's Summit, MO 64081) at 7 a.m., rain or shine. Riders may choose from four different routes. A 10-mile ride around Longview Lake. 32 and 56-mile rides around Longview, Raintree, and Lakewood Lakes.
