A 16.4 acre neighborhood park is located in the Mission Woods and Hinsdale subdivisions and can be accessed from either Walnut St or Allendale Boulevard. Included at Pleasant Lea are two tennis courts, two handball courts, a large playground, multi purpose field and a .8 mile trail.

Upcoming Park Renovations

Renovations to Pleasant Lea Park are tentatively scheduled for 2021 and include a new multi-sport court with pickleball, basketball, and tennis, a new adventure treehouse type playground, nature play equipment, interpretive areas exhibiting area native plants and habitat, trail renovations, ADA improvements, and ballfield improvements.
