Lee’s Summit Parks and Recreation is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Assistant Facility Manager to join the dynamic team at Summit Waves Aquatics Facility. This position will work varied hours per week from the facility’s opening through August. Responsibilities include assisting with all aspects of the physical operation and maintenance of Summit Waves during assigned shifts, including, but not limited to:
- facility oversight
- staff development, training, supervision, coordination, and evaluation
- patron services
- facility maintenance
- financial and records management
- compliance with safety protocols and LSPR policies and procedures.

11. Ability to accept direction from Management staff.
12. Ability to relate to the needs of staff and participants.
Compensation: $14.50 per hour.
