For Lee's Summit Residents already enrolled in Camp Summit:
Lee’s Summit Parks & Recreation is pleased to announce Camp Summit will be offered this summer to Lee’s Summit Residents who have successfully completed the enrollment process. Please note, program registration has reached capacity and additional enrollments will not be accepted.
Camp Summit will start on Monday, June 15, 2020. To maintain a safe camp and adhere to Covid-19 restrictions, the program will have adjusted protocols and procedures which are posted below. LSPR asks that guardians please review the additional protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of participants, their families and staff. To verify receipt and understanding of the expectations please print out and complete the acknowledgement/waiver form, also found below – this must be done before your camper(s) can attend the program.
Please note that payment for attendance in the first week of Camp is due by midnight on Tuesday, June 9th to avoid late fees.

***The acknowledgement/waiver form below MUST be filled out and turned in before your camper can attend Camp Summit***
T-Shirt Pick Up
LSPR will send an email and update this website with directions for Camper t-shirt pick up in the coming week, please stay tuned!
For those not yet enrolled in Camp Summit:
Due to restrictions put in place related to the Covid-19 Pandemic, Lee’s Summit Parks & Recreation has to make the difficult decision of discontinuing enrollments for the 2020 Summer effective immediately. Restrictions on number of individuals gathered in a common space require LSPR to take extraordinary measures related to the Camp Summit program to ensure the safety and well-being of campers, parents and staff and require LSPR to enroll a reduced number of campers for the 2020 summer.
We do not have a wait list for the program.
Enrollment for the 2021 Summer will begin March 1 for Lee’s Summit Residents and April 1 for Non-Residents.
There are two fees associated with Camp Summit.
The first is a one-time, non-refundable enrollment fee. The enrollment fee is $105.00 and that fee is paid along with the submission of an enrollment form which can be submitted online or printed off and submitted in person. This fee holds the campers spot in camp, gets them three camp t-shirts and a season pass to Summit Waves.
The weekly fee is $120.00/week. That is a flat fee and it does not matter how many days per week the camper attends. You only have to pay for the weeks that you need to send your camper so once the enrollment form has been submitted and the enrollment fee has been paid, then you just pay the $120.00 for whatever week(s) you need your camper to attend.
Camp Summit management staff is working to provide the best experience at our different LSPR Parks/Trails/Green Spaces/Fields/Etc. as possible, and are working to complete the field trip schedules, to be posted by June 10th. Stay tuned!
If you need to print out a childcare statement, please call (816) 969-1540.
