Camp Summit

Camp Summit is a recreational program for youth ages 5-11, operated by Lee's Summit Parks and Recreation. It provides a wide variety of activities including but not limited to swimming, bowling, skating, field trips, movies, guest speakers, organized games and activities, and much more! Campers are required to bring their lunch. An afternoon snack is provided daily.

The camp is staffed by counselors, beginning with high school juniors or seniors through college degreed staff trained in leadership, safety procedures, activities and supervisor skills. Staff/participant ratio is 1:8/1:10/1:12, depending on age.

Camp Enrollment

Camp Summit has ended for the 2025 year.

Enrollment for Summer 2026 will begin March 1 for Lee's Summit residents and April 1 for non-residents

Camp Fees

There are two fees associated with Camp Summit.

1. The first is a one-time, non-refundable enrollment fee. The enrollment fee is $135.00 for Summer 2025 and is paid at the time of the online enrollment form submission. This fee holds the camper's spot in camp and gets them three camper t-shirts and a season pass to Summit Waves.

2. The weekly fee is $145.00 for Summer 2025. This is a flat fee, and it does not matter how many days per week the camper attends. Once the enrollment form has been submitted and the enrollment fee has been paid, you only pay the fee for whatever week(s) you need your camper to attend.
*Please Note: Weekly fees can not be selected until the enrollment fee is paid.
