There will be games/activities inside, outdoor activities, an information table for inclusive opportunities for recreation and leisure, a sensory room, and the ability to meet peers and create positive relationships/interactions. Learn simple, lifesaving skills in this free Hands-Only CPR class led by an American Red Cross–certified instructor. This session focuses on recognizing sudden cardiac arrest, performing effective chest compressions, and understanding how an AED works. While this is a non-certification course, it provides practical information that can make a real difference in emergencies. This class is FREE!
Get ready to go head-to-head in the Super Smash Bros. Tournament! This event is happening on Friday, May 1, from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. and is open for anyone over the age of 6 years old.
Get geared up for a NERF battle of epic proportions! Come compete in 4 vs. 4 matches on Friday, April 24, at Harris Park Community Center. Participants compete with each other, but everyone is scored individually. Every player is guaranteed at least 6 matches, and most likely more. NERF guns, darts, and eye protection are provided by LSPR, outside equipment is not allowed other than personal eye protection. Close-toed shoes are required to participate. For ages 9 and up. Ready to dominate the competition? Come prove it!
Enjoy one of the premier rides in the Kansas City metro. Choose four different routes around five different lakes. Full supported SAG's (Support and Gear stops) and great lunch after the ride! The race is on May 16, 2026, at 7 a.m. The start and finish line are at Longview Community Center.
