The Tom Logan Memorial Bike Ride (Tour de Lakes) is back for its 25th Anniversary! Choose from one of four routes: 10, 32, 54, or 62-mile rides around Longview Lake, Raintree Lake, Lakewood, Blue Springs Lakes, and Lake Jacomo! If you register by Monday, April 27, you are guaranteed a t-shirt!

Meet Me In The Park

Harris Park Community Center

Join us on Tuesday, April 28 at Harris Park Community Center for this inclusive event for Pre-K through young adults and their families, hosted by LSR7 Special Services and LS Parks and Recreation. There will be games/activities inside, outdoor activities, an information table for inclusive opportunities for recreation and leisure, a sensory room, and the ability to meet peers and create positive relationships/interactions. Chick-fil-A will also be there to provide a dinner option for purchase!

The Tom Logan Memorial Tour de Lakes is back for its 25th Anniversary. Choose your challenge—10, 32, 54, or 62 miles—across some of the area’s most scenic lakes.

Night Flight 5k Run

Legacy Park Amphitheater

Run under the lights! If you’re looking for something different, this is it. Night Flight is a 5K at 9:00 p.m. on Friday, May 29, starting and finishing at Legacy Park Amphitheater on a fully paved course through the park. After you cross the finish line, stick around for a post-race party with outdoor games while results are tallied. Top three finishers in each category will take home a medal.

Hands Only CPR

Gamber Community Center

Learn simple, lifesaving skills in this free Hands-Only CPR class led by an American Red Cross–certified instructor. This session focuses on recognizing sudden cardiac arrest, performing effective chest compressions, and understanding how an AED works. While this is a non-certification course, it provides practical information that can make a real difference in emergencies. This class is FREE on June 11!

Get ready to go head-to-head in the Super Smash Bros. Tournament! This event is happening on Friday, May 1, from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. and is open for anyone over the age of 6 years old.

Nerf Night

Get geared up for a NERF battle of epic proportions! Come compete in 4 vs. 4 matches on Friday, June 26, at Harris Park Community Center. Participants compete with each other, but everyone is scored individually. Every player is guaranteed at least 6 matches, and most likely more. NERF guns, darts, and eye protection are provided by LSPR, outside equipment is not allowed other than personal eye protection. Close-toed shoes are required to participate. For ages 9 and up. Ready to dominate the competition? Come prove it!

Babysitter Bootcamp

Babysitting Bootcamp offers a comprehensive training program to equip aspiring babysitters with essential skills and certifications. Participants will gain hands-on experience in first aid and CPR, ensuring they are confidently prepared to handle emergencies. Taught by an American Red Cross-certified instructor, the program also covers safe and effective babysitting practices, empowering caregivers with the knowledge needed to provide high-quality care. Join us to enhance your babysitting skills and earn credentials to set you apart.
