On February 20, get geared up for a NERF battle of epic proportions! Come compete in randomly assigned matches to go home with prizes! Participants compete with each other, but everyone is scored individually. Every player is guaranteed at least 6 matches. Expect a variety of game modes, including team deathmatches, attack-and-defend, capture the flag, and more.
Puzzle Madness is a 2-hour Jigsaw Puzzle building competition happening on Friday, February 13. This event will be a fun, family-friendly atmosphere with snacks, prizes, and an optional puzzle swap table. Teams will receive the competition puzzle to take home, and the top 3 teams will receive prizes for finishing the puzzle the quickest. Teams can be from 2-4 people; registration is per team, with a maximum of 4 team members.
March into Spring with LSPR is a FREE four-week, step-based wellness challenge for LSPR Community Center members running from March 2 through March 29. Participants will track their steps using any device or app and submit a screenshot as proof. There will be four weekly winners and one overall winner, all receiving an LSPR gift card.
Be on the lookout for introductory emails before the challenge begins, and get ready to step up, stay active, and enjoy some friendly competition as we welcome spring together!

Girls volleyball offers a wide range of physical, mental, and social benefits, making it a great sport for youth and teens. begins March 14 for grades 3-8. Games will be on Saturdays at Harris Park CC. Girls sign up individually and are placed primarily based upon the school they attend. LSPR will not take requests for coaches. Search "volleyball".
Starting on March 7, a 4-week instructor-led program for children ages 5 and 6 that introduces and expands their knowledge of Flag Football. Skills include flag pulling, running, catching, throwing, play calling and hiking. Basic rules of the game will also be covered.
Girls Flag Football is back! Flag football empowers girls by giving them opportunities to lead plays, make on-field decisions, and build self-confidence through teamwork and skill development. Join us this spring from March 21 to May 9. This league is for girls in grades 3-4, 5-6, and 7-8. Registration is now open!
This program is for seniors looking to strengthen their body for everyday life. Workouts will include exercises modified to your capabilities and set to improve your balance and flexibility, body strength, and movement.
