Unity Village Property Park Master Plan
Park will provide a unique activity area with adventure theming and trail oriented activities due to the topographical and dense vegetation on the site. Area is in a rapidly developing area of Lee's Summit with Colbern Road improvements, development of Discovery Park a 200 acre mixed use development, and relocation of LSR7 Hazel Grove elementary to the west of the site.
