Summit Waves
Summit Waves opened in July 2008 as Lee's Summit's first family aquatic center featuring a 904 FOOT Action River! The outdoor water park also features one body slide and one tube slide, a six lane lap pool with diving boards, a water playground area featuring mini-slides, dump buckets and more. When taking a break enjoy the concession stand with healthy items, snacks, drinks and more!

Stingrays Swim Team
Learn techniques of competitive swimming and competitive strokes are developed with emphasis on recreation, enjoyment and learning the basics of competitive swimming. Meets are Saturday mornings. Parent Information Night: Date to be determined. Open swim at Summit Waves for families following the meeting until 8pm. Prerequisite: Able to swim 25 yards continuously.

ASSISTANT FACILITY SUPERVISOR - Summit Waves
(Posted 3/14/13) Assists with the daily operations and maintenance of the indoor aquatic facility located at Summit Waves outdoor aquatic facility located at Harris Park. This includes staffing all programs and activities, training and supervision of lifeguard and program staff, and the staffing for the welcome desk and food and beverage operations at the outdoor facility. Minimum 2 years experience pool operations and aquatic staff development. Basic first aid and CPR certification required, WSI certification and AFO or CPO certification preferred.
