Get a line wet at Legacy Park Lake on Saturday, May 18th! This fishing derby provides children an introduction to sport fishing and the responsibility of caring for our natural resources. Derby prizes will be awarded for Girl's and Boy's biggest fish and smallest fish in age groups (2-6, 7-11, 12-16). Grand Prizes are awarded to Overall smallest and Overall biggest fish!

Meet Me In The Park is an inclusive event for Pre-K through young adults and their families, hosted by LSR7 Special Services and LS Parks and Recreation. There will be games/activities inside, outdoor activities, an information table for inclusive opportunities for recreation and leisure, a sensory room, and the ability to meet peers and create positive relationships/interactions.

Outdoor Bootcamp begins May 25th! The ultimate body-burning outdoor workout for everyone that integrates 60 minutes of training so you can feel great! Explore new exercises that will challenge your body while improving your strength and cardiovascular endurance and leave you drippin' sweat!
Beginning on May 2nd, a 4-week women's only interval training class that mixes body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. This program is designed to push yourself harder than you'd push yourself and to always keep the body guessing! Classes happen on Thursday from 10:00 - 11:00am at Lovell Community Center.
Feeling stuck in your wellness journey? It's time to RevUp your life with our 6-week comprehensive program designed to launch you towards your health goals! The next session begins the week of May 12th. RevUp includes cutting-edge fitness assessments, small group training with an experienced coach, effective nutrition classes to assist in changing your relationship with food, and a membership to THREE of LSPR’s community centers. After completing RevUp, participants will graduate to Reload. Reload does not include nutrition classes.
