Green Street Event Spaces

Green Street is a 2.76 acre mixed-use development located in Downtown Lee's Summit.

Market | Shop fresh produce, baked goods, fresh-cut flowers and more at the indoor Farmers Market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, 8 a.m. - noon. The space will also serve as an event venue when the market is not in session.

• The gross square footage of the Green Street Market building is 17,140.  
• The market has 10 overhead doors that open into the Green Street Lawn.
• The event space capacity is 795 occupants.
• The Farmers Market and event space has a catering kitchen, a set of restrooms at each end and full audiovisual capabilities.

Lawn | An outdoor performance area that is approximately 9,650 square feet of artificial turf with a translucent overhead canopy. Enjoy live performances, exercise classes, family-friendly entertainment, yard games and art exhibitions on the lawn.

Grove | Explore cool art installations, colorful wickets and an immersive playground in this creative outdoor gathering space meant for community congregation.

• The grove area under and around the wickets is about 15,000 square feet.
• The smallest wicket is approximately 18 feet tall, while the tallest wicket is more than 25 feet tall.
• The wickets and the MOZ panels at the façade of the building have lights that can display 50 different preset light show programs.
• The playground incorporates inclusive amenities so all children can enjoy it.
• The landmark sculpture at the project’s south end (the maple seed) stands approximately 14 feet tall.

The indoor market has space for 50 vendors.
