Amenities
- Each patio features two counter-height, long tables with seating for eight each.
- Drink rail inside the perimeter of each patio to rest drinks, plates, laptops, etc., with 10-19 chairs.
- Additional rental items secured by the City would be subject to a 10% fee.
Hours and Rates
- Monday - Thursday $45 per hour.
- Friday - Sunday $60 per hour.
Discounts
- Bundle pricing - 50% off any additional Green Street space rented with the patios (excluding the market).
- Nonprofit rental - 30% off base cost.
For certain events, the facility & events manager holds the right to negotiate alternative rental costs. This would include basing a rental on ticket sales for private events or offering alternative discounts based on the programming provided to the public.
Parking
Adjacent free parking is available at the City Hall public parking garage. The garage has 326 parking spaces.
