Our outdoor artificial-turf venue offers a fresh and inviting space for meetings, activities and special events. With tables, chairs, and plenty of room to spread out, it’s an ideal spot for groups looking for a unique and functional setting. 

Amenities

• 11 white Adirondack chairs. 
• Five square tables, each with four chairs.
• Additional rental items secured by the City would be subject to a 10% fee.

Hours and Rates

• Monday - Thursday $35 per hour.
• Friday - Sunday $50 per hour.

Discounts

• Bundle pricing - 50% off any additional Green Street space rented with the plaza (excluding the market).
• Nonprofit rental - 30% off base cost.

For certain events, the facility & events manager holds the right to negotiate alternative rental costs. This would include basing a rental on ticket sales for private events or offering alternative discounts based on the programming provided to the public.

Parking

Adjacent free parking is available at the City Hall public parking garage. The garage has 326 parking spaces.
