Capacity
The 17,140-square-foot indoor/outdoor facility features 10 garage doors on either side that open to bring the outdoors in. The market can accommodate up to 795 guests standing.
Hours and Rates
- Flexible 4-hour minimum rentals.
- Monday - Thursday $325 per hour.
- Friday - Sunday $450 per hour.
Discounts
- Bundle pricing - 50% off any additional Green Street space rented with the market.
- Nonprofit rental - 30% off base cost.
For certain events, the facility & events manager holds the right to negotiate alternative rental costs. This would include basing a rental on ticket sales for private events or offering alternative discounts based on the programming provided to the public.
Parking
Adjacent free parking is available at the City Hall public parking garage. The garage has 326 parking spaces.
