The Green Street Grove offers a creative, close-knit setting for small performances, speaking engagements, wedding ceremonies and community events. Framed by artistic wickets and built-in bleacher seating, the space encourages connection and conversation.

• White Adirondack chairs. 
• Six outdoor benches situated under the wickets.
• Concrete bench seating.
• Additional rental items secured by the City would be subject to a 10% fee.

Hours and Rates

• Monday - Thursday $110 per hour.
• Friday - Sunday $150 per hour.

Discounts

• Bundle pricing - 50% off any additional Green Street space rented with the grove (excluding the market).
• Nonprofit rental - 30% off base cost.

For certain events, the facility & events manager holds the right to negotiate alternative rental costs. This would include basing a rental on ticket sales for private events or offering alternative discounts based on the programming provided to the public.

Parking

Adjacent free parking is available at the City Hall public parking garage. The garage has 326 parking spaces.
