Wellness Fun Fair

The Wellness Commission and Lee's Summit CARES will be hosting a Wellness Fun Fair on Sunday, September 13 from Noon - 5 p.m at Green Street. Discover local wellness resources, free fun activities and inflatables, play mini golf and win prizes! Free yoga and fitness classes will also be available.
This event promotes the 8 dimensions of wellness:
Physical Wellness: Caring for our bodies to live fully now and in the future!
Emotional Wellness: Supporting our mental health and caring for one another!
Social Wellness: Connecting with our neighbors, friends and community!
Intellectual Wellness: Learning, sharing our knowledge and skills and staying curious!
Spiritual Wellness: Finding meaning in our lives and building purpose in our activities!
Environmental Wellness: Cultivating our environment and caring for our community!
Financial Wellness: Managing our resources confidently and successfully.
Occupational Wellness: Contributing our talents to meaningful and rewarding work!
