The first components to move forward will be the new Farmer’s Market and Event Space, outdoor performance area and streetscaped pavilion. The City and LANE4 are currently aiming for a 2025 grand opening for these components.
The restaurant building, boutique hotel and apartments are likely to be developed contemporaneously or soon after.
LANE4 aims to bring the highest quality restaurant, retail and hotel operators to the project to create a new downtown living space that fulfills the City’s goal for higher-density urban living in the area.
