Stormwater Management Plan Comment Form

The Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MDNR) requires the City to manage stormwater quality through our National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit.  Both the permit and the City's subsequent Stormwater Management Plan are scheduled for renewal in 2021.  As a part of the permit renewal process, City staff has revised the City's Stormwater Management Plan, which includes requirements for outreach and education, public involvement, illicit discharges, construction and post-construction stormwater management, and pollution prevention/good housekeeping. 

The City is posting the Draft Stormwater Management Plan for public comment from January 6, 2021 through February 9, 2021.  In addition, the City will be offering a public meeting regarding the draft Stormwater Management Plan on February 10, 2021 from 6:00pm to 7:00pm in the Strother Conference Room of City Hall.  Anyone unable to attend in person is welcome to attend the meeting on-line via the following Zoom link:
