City’s Crews Completed Plowing & Treating Streets on Mon., March 4

City crews completed plowing and treating streets at 9:05 a.m. on Mon., March 4. Residents can call 969-1870 until 5 p.m. on Mon., March 4, if they believe their street was missed or if they need to report damage such as a plowed yard or downed mailbox.

Although cold temperatures continue to limit the effectiveness of salt, abundant sunshine today is helping to melt snow pack from streets. Crews plan to continue to spot-check streets and clean-up areas where melting of snow pack is occurring. After the sun goes down, melted snow will re-freeze and residents should continue to use caution while traveling.
