City Crews Preparing for Potential Snow Fri., March 3
The City’s crews are scheduled to report at 7 a.m. on Fri., March 3, and will treat streets with salt as needed if rain changes over to snow. The most recent forecast shows snow chances have diminished, and pavement temperatures are expected to remain above freezing. If there is any snow it is expected to accumulate on grassy areas and on elevated surfaces which could become slushy and slick. Drivers should use caution on elevated surfaces such as bridges and overpasses during the Friday morning commute.
The City will continue to monitor the weather forecast and update its response accordingly.
