Mario Kart Tournament

Let's get your game on! LSPR is hosting a Mario Kart Tournament! Entry fee of $10 includes participation in pool play (depending on a number of entries), a double elimination tournament, pizza, and drinks. The event takes place at Harris Park Community Center. Consoles & controllers provided by LSPR, but feel free to bring your own controller. December 15, 2023 6:00 - 9:30 PM

Summit Ice Is Open!

Summit Ice is OPEN! Bring the family out and create winter traditions for generations to come at Lee Summit's 8,000-square-foot ice rink. Located on the corner of Chipman and Douglas.

People of ALL ages can educate themselves about the animals, natural resources, and conservation found in parks by playing the educational smartphone game Agents of Discovery. Complete activities and answer questions to earn points and complete “missions”.

There are four dates to choose from:
Friday, January 26th, 6-9pm
Saturday, January 27th, 6-9pm
Friday, February 2nd, 6-9pm
Saturday, February 3rd, 6-9pm

Ice Skating Lessons

Registration for winter ice skating lessons at Summit Ice are open for ages 3-15. Classes begin on November 21st. Ice skating is good for building balance, building muscles, and coordination. Plus, it's just FUN!

School Break Camp

Harris Park Community Center

School Break Camp Enrollment is open for Holiday Break and other days LSR7 is not in session. $40 enrollment fee, $35 for each day of attendance.  For ages 5-11 years old, providing a wide variety of activities such as field trips like the Kansas City Zoo, bowling, skating, guest speakers, and organized games.  Located at Harris Park Community Center.

Skate With Santa!

What's better than ice skating? Um, skating with the Santa, of course! Join us for our annual Skate With Santa event at Summit Ice! You can meet Mr. Clause on Saturday, December 16th, and Saturday, December 23rd, from 6:00 - 8:00pm.

Artistic Enrichment Class

Does your kiddo have a passion for art? Join A to Z Artistry in learning art terms and new skills. Using a variety of media each session which may acrylics, water colors, oil pastels, chalks, and much more. Artistic Enrichment Classes begin on November 7 for ages 5-14.

RevUp

A new 6-week comprehensive wellness program designed to help you achieve your health goals begins the week of January 8th. RevUp includes detailed fitness assessments, small group training, effective nutrition classes, and a membership to three of LSPR’s community centers. After completing RevUp, participants will graduate to Reload. Reload does not include nutrition classes.
