Lee’s Summit Municipal Court Announces Docket Change

Effective September 1, 2018, the Lee’s Summit Municipal Division 243, 16th Judicial Circuit, Jackson County, Missouri the Honorable Dana M. Altieri presiding will move from a Wednesday general docket to a Tuesday general court docket.   

The first Tuesday docket will be September 4, 2018 and each Tuesday thereafter. The docket times will remain the same. Please visit the court website at cityofLS.net for additional information.

The Lee’s Summit Police Department has launched a co-responder pilot program in partnership with ReDiscover to provide additional assistance and resources to officers responding to calls with a behavioral health component. An outreach clinical specialist with ReDiscover will work full-time at the Lee’s Summit Police Department and serve as a co-responder.
