Main Street Bridge Now Open

Main Street Bridge Now Open

The SW Main Street bridge over 2nd Street in downtown Lee’s Summit has re-opened to traffic.

Construction completed this summer included significant repairs to the bridge as well as a new concrete overlay. Additionally, the wooden hand rail was replaced with a decorative black metal fence to complement the existing fencing found throughout the downtown area.
