It is essential that the City’s “Master Brand” logo, as well as all “Power Brand” logos, be used properly. Our tagline “Yours Truly”, the logo, LS alone and the LS box are trademarked by the City of Lee’s Summit. A logo/trademark can be lost if not properly used according to approved guidelines. If the logo is improperly used, it eventually becomes public domain, which means the City and its entities will lose its exclusive right to the LOGO Mark.
Lee’s Summit logos, seals, and individual department logos are the property of the City of Lee’s Summit, Missouri and may not be used by others unless a license for its use is granted in writing and duly executed by an authorized City representative.
