Lee’s Summit Municipal Division's return to the Court/Police Building has been delayed
The Lee's Summit Municipal Division's return to their remodeled office has been delayed. The Municipal Court will remain at City Hall, 220 SE Green Street, until further notice. The Court will resume in-person dockets on July 13, 2021; Court will be held in Council Chambers, 1st Floor, City Hall. Attorney Plea Agreements and Payment
Once the Court is in receipt of your executed Plea Agreement you are able to make your payment by way of Pay by Web through Case.Net. Other payment options are to pay in person Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. or by mail. Do not appear or attempt to make payment unless you have first confirmed that the Court is in receipt of all necessary documents from the Prosecutor. The Prosecutor may be reached at email@example.com and the Court may be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do not send your client to the court to satisfy the fine and court costs.

All Citations should be paid through www.courts.mo.gov/casenet. If your citation is payable without a court appearance through the Traffic Violations Bureau you are able to make payment by way of Plead and Pay. If your citation required your appearance and you have appeared in Court, plead guilty and you need to make payment or you entered into a payment plan and need to make a payment, or you need to make a payment toward your probation fees; you are able to make your payment by way of Pay by Web. Other payment options are to pay in person Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The Court accepts cash, money order, debit and credit cards. Personal checks are not accepted.
