Lee's Summit Municipal Division - Electronic Filing Implementation

The Lee's Summit Municipal Division has implemented the Missouri Electronic Filing system effective February 1, 2022.   Our case information and court calendars are currently available via Case.Net.  Effective February 1, 2022, all attorneys and the Prosecutor must submit case filings electronically and all documents will be viewable electronically through Case.net by registered Missouri attorneys.  Access to public case documents by the general public or Missouri attorneys who are not registered users will be available at the court during normal business hours.
