Community Ice Cream Social
Celebrating Missouri's Bicentennial
Here’s the scoop!
The Lee’s Summit Historical Society and Cultural Arts Division are closing SW Main St in front of the Lee’s Summit History Museum and hosting an ice cream social in commemoration of this special day in our state’s history.
Poppys, The Waffler and Tasty Unicorn will be on-site serving up one free scoop of ice cream to the first 500 attendees. Still hungry? Don’t worry. Additional ice cream along with kettle corn and root beer will be available for purchase throughout the evening. Bring lawn chairs and blankets and enjoy the summer evening with neighbors and friends.
