Customer Survey
In September, Lee's Summit Water Utilities surveyed residential customers to assist the Department in its strategic planning efforts. The Water Utilities Department engaged ETC Institute to conduct the formal survey which was delivered to 1,500 randomly selected households. In addition, the Department made an identical survey available online to assist with receiving feedback from customers. The formal survey received 476 responses and the overall results have a precision of at least +/- 4.5% at a 95% level of confidence. Although the online results do not have the same level of confidence as the formal survey, the overall results are consistent with the formal survey.
